Respect, Commitment, Fulfillment, Empathy and Fun to work in our brand new assisted living community, Riverside Lodge! The Resident Assistant supports our mission and values by providing our residents with personal care, as well as homemaker tasks such as meal service and cleaning.
What will I do as a Resident Assistant? Assists with dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and ambulation to encourage independence, according to resident service plan and established procedures Assists with homemaker tasks including laundry, housekeeping, meal preparation and serving Planning and conducting therapeutic activities.
Supervise self-administration or administer medications per physician order.
What is required in the Resident Assistant position? Must be 18
years of age Current and valid CBRF certification Ability to use computers for charting and communication.
Ability to work independently and make decisions within set guidelines.
First Aide certification and fire safety training preferred, or will be provided upon hire.
Experience in a resident care position, preferred.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
